Well the architect has turned in his final drawings. Contractor hired and subs hired as well! Materials are being ordered and all we are waiting on now is the fire marshall's approval of the plans!
We have $450,000 in cash for the buildout and we have $29,000 of the $75,000 for finishing and furnishing in gifts and pledges!
Please pray for quick approval from the fire marshal and for the remainder of the $75,000 to come in in gifts or pledges. We would love to complete this project debt free! You can see a little glimpse here:
